Gerard Nee, a New Jersey resident for the past 25 years, leads the firm's practice in Tax Strategies and Planning for High Net Worth Clients, Entity Formation/Liquidation, Estate Planning and Administration, Expatriate (International) Taxation, Federal and State Tax Examinations, ERRISA Audits, and Corporate/Partnerships/Fiduciary and Individual Tax Planning and Compliance.  Gerry also specializes in Employee Benefit Plan Audits.  Gerry is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) Peer Review.

Additionally, having earned his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation Gerry is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).  The prestigious CVA designation is evidence that Gerry is able to provide an independent, knowledgeable, and credible determination of value without personal or emotional bias; all vital components in litigation support and financial valuations.

A graduate of Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina, Gerry earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting in 1979.  Gerry is also recognized as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).  With nearly 30 years of public accounting experience Gerry offers a wide variety of services to accommodate the clients of Morey, Nee, Buck & Oswald, LLC. 

Gerry is a past Secretary Treasurer of the American Diabetes Association (ADA) headquartered in Alexandria, VA.  This esteemed honor is a reflection of the commitment Gerry puts forth for each of his clients.  Gerry is also a member of the ADA's Board of Directors, their National Finance Committee, and serves on the ADA's New Jersey Leadership Council.

Gerry is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
